    Description

    This 800 Italian Silver and Enamel Compact has an enamel scene of a man wooing a woman attended by her maid with sheep around. The border is enameled faux malachite. The sides and bottom are chased in a floral design. Gilt interior with a removable lipstick. The compact measures 3 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches by 3/4 inch high. The enamel is in very good condition with on minor surface scratching, but no chips or cracks. The glass mirror on the interior is missing. Not difficult to replace. Generally in very good condition
    consistent with age and use.
